RYAN WHITTIER
Development Associate
Ryan joined Crimson Partners in 2002. Since that time, he has served as Project Manager in the design and construction of much of Dulles Station, a 63-acre New Urban development in Herndon, Virginia — including 2323 Dulles Station Boulevard, a 169-unit mid-rise luxury mixed-use residential building with 16,000 square feet of restaurant/retail.
Prior to joining Crimson Partners, Ryan worked with TrizecHahn on both the 410,000 square foot Paseo Colorado mixed-use development in downtown Pasadena, and the 640,000 square foot Hollywood & Highland project in Los Angeles, which includes the Kodak Theatre. Ryan's responsibilities include site acquisition, entitlements, marketing, design, construction management, retail tenant coordination, bond release, and property management.
Ryan is a Member of the Urban Land Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University. |
