DAVID HARGRAVE
Senior Construction Manager

David is responsible for coordinating and managing all phases of design, predevelopment, and construction for the firm's new development projects. David manages the various team members through the design and construction phases of base building and tenant improvement projects.

Prior to joining Crimson Partners, David spent 20 years with four different General Contracting firms, overseeing the day to day operations of a team including preconstruction, estimating, and project management professionals. During those 20 years, he managed the construction of approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial office buildings, multi-family residential units, and parking garages.

David is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Washington Building Congress. David holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from James Madison University.
