CHRISTOPHER LUKAWSKI
Vice President - Development & Construction

Chris is responsible for coordinating and managing all phases of design, predevelopment, and construction for the firm's new development projects.

Prior to joining Crimson Partners, Chris was Vice President of Construction for BPG Properties, LTD's Washington, DC office, where he managed the design and construction of over 1.2 million square feet of new Class A office buildings, tenant fit-out projects, and core renovations.

With more than twelve years of additional experience as a general contractor, Chris supervised the construction of more than 2.6 million square feet of office and residential developments. As Vice President of Bozzuto Construction, he supervised the construction of the Shirlington Village mixed-use multifamily development. Prior to Bozzuto, Chris spent 6 years at HITT Contracting as a Senior Project Manager with primary oversight of projects such as the MedImmune complex, and AOL's Corporate Headquarters. Chris began his career at Clark Construction where he served as an Assistant Project Manager on the Washington Redskins Stadium Project and the Strathmore Court Apartments.

Throughout his career, Chris has been active in the Washington Building Congress, Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro DC, and the Associated General Contractors. Chris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
