Crimson Partners was founded in 1992 by Kevin Dougherty, Tom Simmons, and Wolf Vedder. While holding senior leadership roles with the Trammell Crow Company, these founding principals developed in excess of 50 million feet of office, retail, industrial and multifamily product in multiple markets throughout the United States.
